Ben has over fifteen years experience in the music industry including launching ICrunch.com, Slice PR and EMI Music during which time he worked with UK’s influencer/tastemaker network working with acts including Jamie T, LCD Soundsystem, Robbie Williams, Kylie, Hot Chip and Gorillaz, then EMI Records as A&R Manager and at Saatchi & Saatchi as In-House Music Consultant.
Career Highlights include launching Europe’s first legal download site, iCrunch.com and music supervising T-Mobile’s ‘Dance’ project which won numerous awards including BTAA Best Television Commercial of the Year, 6 Lions at Cannes including Best Use Of Music and Music Week Sync Of The Year 2010.
Ben's other favoured pursuits include music supervision for feature films and mountain biking.
David Ridings Creative Director
With over twelve years experience in the industry, David started out at media agencies MCS and RocketPHD working with record labels such as BMG, Virgin and Fabric, before moving to branding agency, Heavenly, Boxfresh as European Marketing Manager, MTV as a Senior Brand Manager, and then Current TV as UK Director of Marketing.
Career highlights include the award-winning launch campaign for Shazam in the UK, being shortlisted for several Music Week Awards for MTV pro-social campaigns, and then range from the sublime to the ridiculous in the form of organising a keynote conferences for Al Gore through to taking a ventriloquist's dummy to Wimbledon for Kiss100.
David's other favoured pursuits include collecting art and running his fledgling record label - Muri records.
